OnSiteCameras maintains this website for your information, communication and to facilitate purchases from our online store. OnSiteCameras accepts no responsibility for violations of the intellectual property of others by any party using this website. Your access and use of this site is also subject to all applicable laws. Security
OnSiteCameras stores all information provided to us in secure manner.
Credit card information is never stored.
Online credit card payments are made through PayPal’s payment system and credit card details are never disclosed to OnSiteCameras. PayPal is a convenient way to pay online. The service allows you to pay in any way you prefer, including through credit cards, and bank accounts, without sharing financial information. Visit the PayPal website for more information.
For purchases made using a credit card over the phone, via the post, email or fax, OnSiteCameras use National Australia Bank’s Transact Secure Internet Payment Gateway. Once credit card details are entered into the NAB Transact system successfully the details provided are destroyed.
Mispriced Items
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on website may from time to time be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before sending or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

OnSiteCameras is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase— e.g. your receipt.
If you are unsure whether the item you wish to purchase will suit your needs, please contact OnSiteCameras prior to purchasing the item.
Warranty
OnSiteCameras offer a 12 month warranty on all our products. A receipt must be provided if requested for a claim. If the product is obviously misused or used for purposes for which it was not intended then the warranty is null and void. Making any adjustments to any of our cameras or accessories in any way also renders the warranty null and void.
PayPal Issues
Upon investigation, some issues may be found to be on the side of PayPal. We request that you contact PayPal in your relevant country (e.g. PayPal Australia) to further investigate the issue so that it can be resolved.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
